If you have ever wondered aloud about how much the world needed that great idea that you came up with, only to find it successfully on the market a few short years later under someone else’s brand, you know the frustration that was the genesis of Bandacorp. When our travels first brought us to the Philippines in early 2005, we realized what a wealth of eager and talented individuals that this area has to offer as well as the economic benefit of the reduced cost of living here to stretch our resources. After many years of back yard inventing around the schedule created by our “other life”, we formally opened our “invention” workshop in Subic Bay Freeport Zone in January of 2006.
Bringing ideas and concepts from their raw state to finished product, ready to license or manufacture, can be a lengthily process. To expand our resources, we decided to offer the talents that we have developed in support of our in-house projects, to others in need of a cost effective method to research, prototype and patent their ideas. An unintended side benefit to opening our doors to outside projects is that it has greatly broadened our available talent pool beyond that previously available due to our in-house projects. |

Our patent research team can help with anything from an initial novelty research, to working with you and your team to fully research and patent your concept. Our engineers work hand in hand with the patent team to prototype and provide proof of concept as well as ensure the patent illustrations meet the standards required of the many patent agencies and manufacturing drawings that conform to the exacting standards required by industry.
Our team is small, but scalable to meet most any demand due to the large talent pool available through the University of the Philippines as well as other first class universities. Another benefit of our location is the reduced cost of living, making our operations quite cost effective, another benefit that we happily pass along to our clients. |
